ADA Cider talk and tasting event

Calling all cider lovers! Set sail for an unforgettable tasting adventure with ADA Ciders at theLAB Porto on Wednesday, July 17th, from 18h30-20h.
For just 5€, you’ll be whisked away on a delicious journey featuring ADA’s latest creations. Get ready to sip on their ciders, including three unreleased gems from 2023 and two delightful surprises from 2022.
We will chat with the adventurous couple behind ADA. Their project is located in the mountains of the Serra do Acor, aka Dão wine country. These former sailors met on the high seas – Adriana, a chef, and David, a deck crew member. After countless Atlantic crossings and visits to the Azores and Portugal, they traded salty winds for fresh mountain air. With zero experience in agriculture or winemaking, they were in for a wild ride (and a steep learning curve).
Their orchard, planted between 2017 and 2019, boasts international cider apple varieties from all over Europe. Expect a symphony of acidity, tannin, and aromatics in every bottle.
Space is limited, and prepayment is required for this bubbly bash.
